Shane is technically proficient, professional, courteous, and reliable - have not found many contractors in the area that have all these attributes. It has been a pleasure working with him - he ended doing two homes for us (rental and home we occupy). Just had Shane from North Alabama Pressure Washing come by. Simply outstanding job. He just kept working on it until it was perfect... above and beyond what I expected him to do considering how bad my place was. Very wooded area with lots of moisture and mold everywhere. Now that Shane is finished it's amazingly spotless, the house wasn't this clean when I bought it. Couldn't be happier with the cost or job that was done. Highly recommend. I will be using him again for my rental property and probably yearly here on out.

I had several companies quote cleaning our building. But from the moment Shane came to do the on-site estimate, I could tell he had the experience to do the job right. If you look at the photo gallery, their work speaks for itself. They arrived on time and did an excellent job cleaning the stucco and metal siding on the building, the canvas awnings, as well as the sidewalks and curbs. Shane and Mike are pros. They do a great job at a great price!

Shane is a professional. He is punctual, has specialty equipment that is clean and organized, is careful with plantings (rinsing plants before and after cleaning), and offers a soft wash technique that is less harsh on painted surfaces than typical pressure washing. He is careful to use the pressure that will clean but not damage. Shane has been cleaning our home that has painted Hardi-board siding for several years now and always does a great job! We are very pleased with his work.

He worked from about 8 to 4, and we felt the price was very reasonable for the amount of time and effort he put in. We're very happy with the results and highly recommend his services!

They were very professional, arrived on time. Did an excellent job on our driveway, sidewalks, pergola and our fence. Our house vinyl was very dirty and looks brand new. We would use them again and we think you will be pleased if you select them to do your pressure washing.

Sometimes 5 stars do not seem enough. I filled a request for estimate form yesterday and received a call from Shane within 30 minutes. He came by and gave me a very reasonable estimate which i accepted. I mentioned that i would like to have it done as soon as possible and Shane scheduled it for the next morning. In this day and age of really low expectations and having such a hard time finding resources that can really deliver....I was able to find the Kisers of North Alabama Pressure Washing.....they were professional, showed up when expected and did an amazing job on my really bad mildewy concrete sloped driveway at the lake. I called North Alabama Pressure Washing for a quote on washing my house, porches, sidewalk, and driveway. Shane Kiser came later that day after completing a job on a commercial building. He provided a competitive and acceptable quote. He pointed out things like carbon from the roof on a white gutter that had overflowed due to blockage that normal washing would not remove. They came the next day and performed the work. My house looks like when it was brand new. North Alabama Pressure Washing did a great and meticulous job. They have the equipment and chemicals required for proper cleaning. I will plan on using North Alabama Pressure Washing to perform needed cleaning to remove mildew, algae, and dirt that can damage the exterior and roof.
